Lamb's files reflect his interests in collaborating with other organizations involved with domestic abuse and the treatment of juvenile offenders, and in remedying the shortage of bilingual personnel in the city's Department of Public Welfare. Also included are printed items such as voter registration materials and manuals of prisoners' rights.
